MADE TO ORDER WEDDING GOWNS:
All made to order (made for you) gowns are entitled to one free exchange. We do not accept refunds or returns. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your gown for a return label, and drop off your gown off at the post office the next business day.
Please keep in mind another dress will have to be made for you and could take another 12-16 weeks. Please plan with this timeline in mind. Alterations are almost always necessary to ensure the perfect fit.
If any customizations are made to the gown, it will be final sale, and not eligible for a free exchange.
READY TO SHIP WEDDING GOWNS:
All gowns in our "Ready to Ship" or "Sample" section are final sale. We do not accept refunds or returns. Please make sure to reach out with any questions or concerns ahead of your purchase. Alterations are almost always necessary to ensure the perfect fit.
VEILS:
All veils are entitled to one free exchange. We do not accept refunds or returns. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your veil for a return label, and drop off your veil off at the post office the next business day.
